The Council of Governors is the accountability forum between our Board of Directors and its stakeholders. It represents local interests and holds the Non-Executive Directors to account as well as exercising a number of statutory powers, including providing a view on the Trust’s business plans, approving major transactions and appointing the Chairman and Non-Executive Directors.
