Objective is to preserve Tynemouth Station through refurbishment and restoration and to provide a framework for long term sustainability of the asset through development and the letting of land and buildings within the site.

Need not be elected Members, can be officers of the Council.
Substitutes are not permitted.
No fixed term of office.
Directors may be replaced at any time.
Existing Directors must resign before any replacement is made.
