Exclusion Resolution

The Committee will be requested to pass the following resolution:

 

Resolved that under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) and having applied a public interest test as defined in Part 2 of Schedule 12A of the Act, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act.

Minutes:

Pack for Corporate Complaint Procedure - Stage 3 Ms D 4/10/23

The original pack from the first Complaint meeting on 4 October 2023.

Minutes:

The Committee received a report which provided details of a Stage Three Corporate Complaint against the Children, Young People and Learning Directorate.

 

The Senior Manager (SEND and Inclusion) and the complainant were in attendance.

 

With both parties having presented their respective cases, all parties were allowed to ask questions.

 

In determining its response, the Committee told the attendees that it would consider all that had been presented and contained within the papers.

 

It was agreed that the committee would write to the complainant within five working days with their decision.
