To give consideration to a report which sets out the decisions taken by officers under delegated authority between 1 March 2023 and 29 February 2024.

The Committee considered a report which set out the various application under the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005 which had been determined by officers under delegated authority between 1 March 2023 and 29 February 2024.

It was explained that during the above period the following had been processed:

·       108 - Variation of Designated Premises Supervisor

·       7 - Variation of Premises/Club Licence

·       13 - Grant of New Premises Licence

·       6 - Gambling Permits

·       1 - New Premises Licence

·       2 - Transfer/variation of Licence

The Committee was also advised that the following enforcement activities had been undertaken:

·       42 - Gambling Compliance Inspections

·       66 - Statutory Notices checked
