To give consideration to a report which provides an update on the progress made by the Authority in managing the corporate risk in relation to the provision of Special Educational Needs and Disability services for children and young people in the borough.

To give consideration to an update in respect of the progress being made in relation to the audits for the 2022/2023 and the 2023/2024 financial years together with updates on the governance and codes of practice issued to date and the audit planning which has commenced.
