The Committee received guidance in relation to the principles of decision making when determining planning applications and then gave consideration to the planning application listed in the following minutes.

To determine a full planning application from Bellway Homes Ltd (North East) and Banks Property Ltd for the phased construction of 539 residential dwellings with means of access, landscaping, open space, sustainable drainage, public rights of way diversion and associated infrastructure

Prior to consideration of the application the Planning Officer advised the Committee of the late receipt of an additional communication from a third party which raised issues that needed further consideration and the provision of additional information to the Committee before it was in a position to determine the application. Due to the timescale it was not possible for officers to provide the necessary information in time to enable the Committee to give full consideration to the additional information at this meeting.  In view of the above the Planning Officer advised the Committee that the report was withdrawn and would be presented to a future meeting of the Committee.

 

Resolved that the withdrawal of the report be noted.
